Steve Brune
Steve has over 15 years experience as an operator and private investment professional. He was a co-founder of Deerpath Capital, a private investment fund focused on privately negotiated credit investments. Subsequently he served as Managing Partner at Ebury Street Capital, a tax lien investment fund and then managed the Loeb Family Office. Mr Brune has served as a C-Level executive and board participant across multiple businesses and industries and maintains several board and advisory positions.

Jim Romeo
Jim began his career in the Capital Markets, helping investment banks and hedge funds implement and deploy their high-frequency trading strategies. Following his firm's acquisition, by the New York Stock Exchange for $220M, Jim founded his own software company where he raised over $2M in the capital. In under 30 months, he grew his firm to 40 employees, serving a multi-national client base, and exited to a Fortune 500 company. Jim brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, corporate finance, and operations to the Greenpoint team.
